CPV expects and requires all of our employees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as our own policies and procedures.  At CPV, every employee accepts the responsibility to act ethically and legally when representing the Company by certifying each year that they agree to follow the principles outlined in our Employee Handbook and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.  All CPV employees, officers, and board members commit to ethical business practices, and this means conducting our business honestly and legally, day in and day out.
