Social
Corporate citizenship is a top priority at CPV. We strive to be good corporate neighbors and meaningfully contribute to our host communities through community involvement, charitable giving and volunteer opportunities. We also put safety first on all of our job sites. CPV’s construction managers assure appropriate and robust safety programs are in place for each phase of the project.

Highlights of our social efforts include:
- Over $1 billion of economic development projects in areas of need, providing well-paying, long-term jobs and community improvements
- Mobilizing our workforce to volunteer in our host communities by participating in town clean-up days, reading to school children, and donating time to local organizations
- Safety record better than industry average
- No OSHA recordable incidents in the last five years during the operation of CPV-owned facilities
- Charitable giving strategies and annual funding to support education and emergency responders by providing new STEM labs, field trips to our facilities, scholarships and new police and fire equipment
Our education support ties to Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) in the communities where we develop, build and operate projects. Our model includes developing and funding new STEM labs, visiting classrooms and providing career coaching from CPV staff, as well as offering guided education tours of CPV’s facilities.`
CPV supports emergency responders in our host communities by working closely with police and fire departments, sponsoring public safety events such as National Night Out, and helping community organizations that emergency responders support to better the local community and their relationships with residents.
